Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with industry professionals through outbound and inbound efforts to provide technical solutions and drive the sales cycle from initial contact to project closure.
- Serve as the primary contact for flat glass projects, ensuring seamless hand-offs to installation partners or regional sales managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred with 8+ years of experience in Architecture/Flat Glass and business development or sales.
- Solid understanding of glazing systems, NFRC standards, and building energy codes is beneficial.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in assessing customer needs, data-mining, and cultivating relationships over the phone with strong territory analysis skills.
- Outstanding written and communication skills, high organizational ability, and proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and specification platforms like Dodge Construction Network.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills, agility for new initiatives, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish is beneficial.
