Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end event operations, including planning, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution for global field marketing events.
- Manage booth assets, shipping schedules, collateral inventory, and vendor contracts to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Travel to select global events to oversee setup, manage live event flow, and support booth staff as primary point of contact.
Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and corporate Marketing teams to align event programming with pipeline goals and brand messaging.
- Track and report key event metrics such as lead capture, attendee engagement, and budget vs. spend to measure ROI.
- Monitor regional and global event expenses to ensure precise documentation and allocation of marketing spend.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in event planning or field marketing coordination, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Flawless organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage tight timelines across global time zones.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to provide hands-on support at global events.
