As a Lead Talent Guide in India, you will drive global standard operations and projects to enhance recruiting coordination, ensure seamless candidate experiences, strengthen the internal partnerships and deliver optimal workflows. Your expertise will lead complex initiatives, influence best practices, and leverage data insights to optimize operations. In this role, you’ll lead global initiatives and support programs to drive process improvements and enhance the Talent Acquisition and candidate experiences. You will ensure the service delivery of coordination meets our operating standards and execute on capacity allocation and management to meet demand. You will anticipate, design, optimize and implement workflows for new processes to optimize team performance.
