New Business Operations Analyst

About the Role:

• This role focuses on supporting business operations and sales planning by managing high-volume data changes and maintaining accuracy across internal systems.
• You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Process and validate account, client, territory, quota, and personnel data changes.
• Investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and data quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 5–10 years of experience in business analytics or sales operations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with large datasets and data validation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
