About the Role:
- Mach10 is building a nationwide sales team of real car people—detailers, paint specialists, shop managers—who want to translate expertise into high-earning sales.
- This is a commission-only role for automotive professionals with 10+ years in the trade and 5+ years of phone sales experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle 10+ warm inbound leads daily, responding within 5 minutes to close consultatively.
- Own your pipeline in GoHighLevel with tasks, notes, follow-ups, and deal management.
- Execute multi-touch follow-ups to convert undecided leads with calls, texts, and emails.
Core Requirements:
- 10+ years in automotive industry and 5+ years of phone sales or telemarketing experience.
- Fluency in automotive paint, ceramic coatings, PPF, and detailing workflows.
- Home office setup with fast, disciplined work habits and high personal accountability.
Compensation:
- Commission-only (1099) with OTE of $125,000+ based on performance.
- Uncapped earnings—top performers earn significantly more.
