Job Description
Clinical and Scientific Influence: Partner with Regional Sales Directors to support pre- and post-sale activities. Provide medical and scientific expertise to strengthen account development. Accelerate clinical adoption and support onboarding within customer sites.
Team Leadership and Coaching: Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-performing field team of Medical Science Liaisons. Coach MSLs to effectively communicate clinical value. Ensure the MSL team maintains high levels of clinical expertise.
Clinician Engagement and Clinical Adoption: Deliver presentations and educational programs using peer-reviewed publications. Assist institutions in developing best practices to maximize the clinical utility of Karius tests. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians to support clinical adoption.
