Role Overview:
- Manage critical project incidents for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Order Management implementations.
- Ensure timely resolution and minimize operational and delivery risks during key project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead incident management including assessment, coordination, and documentation.
- Drive root cause analysis and defect prioritization to prevent recurring issues.
- Communicate status and risks to stakeholders and support successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years IT project delivery experience with 3–5 years managing major incidents in warehouse or order management implementations.
- Proven experience with Manhattan Active MAWM/MAO across full lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, integration platforms, SQL, and cloud platforms.
