Vendor Integration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the vendor team: set direction, structure, priorities, and accountability.
• Establish a predictable delivery cadence for vendor onboarding and enhancement projects.
• Define roles, coach team members, and report transparently on progress.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in vendor management, technology partnerships, or similar roles.
• Proven team leadership with a track record of improving velocity.
• Strong integration background with REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.

• Vendor onboarding projects delivered on predictable timelines.
• Standardized playbook in place reducing manual effort.
