Head of Marketplace Partner Integration

About the role:

• Shape the technical onboarding of marketplace partners across multiple international markets.
• Scale seller onboarding experience with automation and operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a highly international environment.

About your tasks:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team of approximately 8 people.
• Drive strategic evolution of technical seller onboarding with focus on scalability, automation, quality, and operational excellence.
• Use KPIs and performance reporting to identify growth opportunities and steer strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Several years of team leadership experience within a marketplace or platform business.
• Strong understanding of technical integrations, operational scaling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
