About the Role:
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of revenue cycle processes.
- Conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and identify process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality reviews and audit claims and workflows.
- Develop and maintain quality measurements for team performance.
- Analyze data to identify deficiencies and report trends.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in auditing/QA or equivalent RCM experience.
- Experience with athenaHealth/athenaOne preferred.
- Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills required.
