Job Description
We’re seeking a New Business Account Executive who believes that Feedback is Fuel and is eager for an opportunity to take ownership of their success, all while helping our customers discover the impact of our enterprise feedback offerings. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling SurveyMonkey’s enterprise product suite into two key market segments: New Logos which are Organizations with more than 250 employees that are not currently using SurveyMonkey and Existing Self-Service Users, customers with more than 250 employees who are currently using our self-serve, lower-cost plans, who can realize more value by upgrading to our enterprise solutions. You'll lead the sales process from outreach to close, using a consultative, solution-based approach, use tools like ZoomInfo and Outreach to identify new opportunities and grow existing customer relationships, apply methodologies like Sandler and MEDDPICC to understand customer needs, track progress, forecast, and improve using Salesforce, Gong, and sales data and effectively manage accounts and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.
