Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle AP, including invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs.
- Review and reconcile credit card transactions and ensure audit-ready records.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee data in ADP and Unanet.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of GAAP and strong familiarity with FAR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with government contracts.
Compensation:
- $48,000 to $58,000 per year, based on experience.
- Remote work option with local presence in Fairfax, VA.
