Job Description

The Director of Revenue will be responsible for end-to-end account management for strategic US enterprise clients, ensuring retention, growth, and satisfaction. This includes building excellent decision maker relationships across customers and developing and executing account plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will also manage escalations and ensure timely resolution with a client-first approach as well as drive data-driven insights, customer feedback, and reporting to continuously improve client satisfaction. In addition, you will mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture and you will collaborate closely with Revops, Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams.
