Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager to join our growing team and play a strategic role in shaping our global talent acquisition efforts. In this position, you'll partner with senior stakeholders, lead high-impact hiring initiatives, and mentor a team of passionate recruiters and sourcers. You’ll be hands-on with senior-level recruiting when needed, and take ownership of designing and executing talent strategies across departments and regions. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and loves developing people along the way. Responsibilities include designing and implementing talent attraction strategies, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, mentoring the recruitment team, leading sourcing and hiring for senior-level roles, improving recruitment processes, and contributing to HR projects. Qualifications include 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong knowledge of IT trends, and fluent English skills.
