What you will do:
- Assign cases within the Technical Engineering Team (5%).
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems and code (60%).
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis (10%).
What you will bring:
- 2+ years writing and debugging in an object-oriented language.
- 1+ year working as a Developer in ServiceNow or 2+ years as a SN Admin.
- Fundamental understanding of ITSM/ITIL and CMDB.
