Primary Function:
- This role is central to scaling the global Commercial organization by building a high-performing enablement ecosystem.
- The VP ensures all commercial professionals are equipped to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and drive sustained growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate business strategy into scalable enablement programs that drive revenue growth and productivity improvement.
- Own and evolve a comprehensive sales training strategy and a global content strategy across all commercial roles.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations on the evolution of enablement platforms, such as LMS and AI-driven tools.
Qualifications:
- Requires 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Leadership.
- Must have a proven track record of building and scaling global enablement organizations in complex, matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with C-level executives and strong business acumen linking enablement to strategy.
