Airtable Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and prioritize tooling requirements and translate them into scalable Airtable solutions.
• Design and build custom Airtable interfaces for self-serve reporting and build automations connecting Airtable with low-code tools.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of work experience in technology, operations, or consulting with deep Airtable mastery.
• Hands-on coding ability in JavaScript or Node.js with SQL fluency and production-quality low-code integration experience.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects and comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Airtable AI experience and familiarity with Salesforce, Retool, or similar CRM and ops platforms.
• Domain familiarity with sales pipelines, CRM, media operations, QA/QMS, or vetting and licensing workflows.
• Master's degree.
