Role Overview:
- Lead complex renewable energy financing transactions as senior attorney with minimal oversight.
- Take ownership from term sheets through negotiation and execution of final agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate financing documentation, including debt, tax equity, and tax credit transfers.
- Coordinate with clients and colleagues, and mentor junior attorneys on complex matters.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of law firm experience in renewable energy or related industries.
- Extensive experience with debt and tax equity project financing and strong corporate law foundation.
