Workplace Manager

About the role:

• Poolside is a fully remote company that meets in person once a month.
• You'll be the go-to person for how the company works together in person.
• You'll work with the whole company, from engineers to leadership, as well as external partners.

What you'll do:

• Run day-to-day workplace operations including facilities, vendors, supplies, and health safety.
• Own and improve travel management and logistics for monthly on-sites.
• Plan and deliver team events and in-person moments that build culture.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in workplace, office, travel, or events management at a fast-growing company.
• An exceptional service mindset and comfort working where processes don't exist yet.
