Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for CICS Transaction Server and related OEM software products across enterprise z/OS environments.
- Fulfill customer service requests and resolve reported technical issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and enhance CICS TS and vendor software per procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years on IBM zSeries/mainframe platforms.
- Thorough knowledge of CICS TS capabilities, configuration, and SMP/E for software installation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
