- IT Operations Specialist responsible for administering and optimizing service center platforms.
- Ensures high reliability and seamless telephony routing for cross-functional care teams.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure enterprise service center platforms, including user provisioning and IVR workflows.
- Provide production support and incident resolution for telephony and digital channels.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Clinical teams to deploy and test telephony configurations.
