Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to identify ICP-fit accounts.
  • Build and maintain high-quality outbound databases.
  • Design and optimize data enrichment and automation workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1.5–3 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including data management, hygiene, and deduplication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.

Tools:

  • Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Basic understanding of automation, APIs, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript) to streamline data workflows is preferred.
