Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify ICP-fit accounts.
- Build and maintain high-quality outbound databases.
- Design and optimize data enrichment and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1.5–3 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research roles.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including data management, hygiene, and deduplication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
Tools:
- Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Basic understanding of automation, APIs, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript) to streamline data workflows is preferred.
