Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end Payments Experience, improving conversion and reliability by reducing payment friction.
  • Lead expansion of local payment methods to unlock new riders and markets, including underbanked users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Finance, and Legal to deliver scalable, compliant payment solutions.

Candidate Profile:

  • 6–10 years of product management experience with consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Direct experience in payments, fintech, marketplace transactions, or fraud/risk systems.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business impact like conversion, revenue, or cost reduction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building or scaling global payment platforms such as PSPs, wallets, subscriptions, or BNPL.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention, chargebacks, KYC/AML, or revenue protection systems.
  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces, mobility, or high-frequency consumer apps.
