Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Sales Productivity, you will be a strategic leader responsible for transforming how our global sales organization leverages technology and processes to drive revenue growth. You'll define and execute the sales productivity roadmap, leading a team that delivers enterprise-wide initiatives to maximize seller effectiveness, accelerate technology adoption, and create competitive advantages through operational excellence. Reporting to senior sales leadership, you'll influence go-to-market strategy while building scalable systems and frameworks that enable our sales teams to exceed targets consistently.
You Will: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales productivity strategy that aligns technology investments with business objectives and revenue goals. Lead and mentor a team of sales productivity specialists, fostering their professional growth while driving organizational change. Own the technology stack roadmap for the GTM organization, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of CRM, AI-powered tools, enablement platforms, and analytics solutions.
