  • Lead a team of Mid-Market Sales Directors across the U.S.
  • Drive consistent quota attainment through forecasting.
  • Coach and elevate the team, focusing on customer relationships.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration, performance analysis, and external representation.

  • Partner with Marketing and other teams to optimize territory coverage.
  • Track performance metrics to identify trends and improvements.
  • Represent the company at industry events as an ambassador.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, people management, and sales processes.

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in management.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales processes.
