- Coach and elevate the team, focusing on customer relationships.

- Partner with Marketing and other teams to optimize territory coverage.
- Track performance metrics to identify trends and improvements.
- Represent the company at industry events as an ambassador.
The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, people management, and sales processes.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in management.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales processes.
