What we offer:
- Fully remote work with a shift schedule (8:00-12:00 or 12:00-21:00).
- Hourly wage of 9 EUR/h plus sales commission, averaging 800-1000 EUR/month.

Your responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone using a warm lead base on the Polish market.
- Identify customer needs, present offers, handle objections, and follow sales scripts.
- Enter orders into the CRM system and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Polish language at B2+ level for fluent communication.
- Own computer/laptop, wired headset, and stable internet connection.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn sales techniques.
