Role Overview:
- Solve customer doubts and complaints regarding our client's products.
- Log call details onto management systems and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain service and product knowledge to support customer needs.
Your Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Polish and advanced English.
- Customer service oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
- Working knowledge of IT platforms, Windows, MS Office, and internet.
