IT Engineer Senior

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support for enterprise applications and infrastructure, troubleshooting and recommending improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather data and develop consistent understanding of product performance and quality.
• Contribute accurate and timely estimates for assigned technology work and deliver projects on schedule.

Collaboration and Innovation:

• Collaborate with IT teams on technical tasks, troubleshooting, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging software and infrastructure technologies to identify modernization opportunities.
• Perform application and infrastructure testing to ensure quality and operational standards.

Technical Standards and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with defined security standards and identify potential technology risks.
• Analyze data associated with supported technologies and communicate risks and improvements.
• Maintain documented processes, technical standards, best practices, and operational procedures.
