• Act as an Implementation Product Specialist for First Due’s Fire Prevention modules in Canada.
• Work directly with new customers to efficiently and effectively configure and optimize Fire Prevention workflows.
• Partner with Implementation Project Managers to successfully implement and launch First Due for Fire & Life Safety agencies.

• Managing and developing long-term relationships with our public safety customers across North America.
• Focusing on client retention and expansion activities to reduce churn and increase ARR.

• Owns the organization-wide strategy for workplace systems and equipment.
• Maintains backend administration for workplace apps and platforms.
• Serves as directed manager to the Workplace Operations Coordinator – Asset Support.
