Job Summary:
- First Due is seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused fire and EMS subject matter expert.
- You will work with Fire & EMS customers to implement and optimize First Due's Assets & Inventory module.
- The ideal candidate brings hands-on fire or EMS operational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise agencies on structuring inventory hierarchies and asset categorization.
- Provide configuration guidance on maintenance tracking and out-of-service workflows.
- Document product gaps identified during implementation and collaborate with Product Management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Fire or EMS operations is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ALS medication management practices and DEA recordkeeping requirements.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
