Job Summary:

  • First Due is seeking a tech-savvy leader to work as a Client Success Manager supporting some of our nation’s leading public safety agencies.
  • You will be responsible for running the post-sale client relationship through Deployment, Training, and Support.
  • Your main goal will be to ensure that the public safety agencies we work with are getting the most out of the First Due platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with Chiefs, Firefighters, Administration, and IT regarding their needs of the First Due product.
  • Coordinate with our Deployment team to set-up customer accounts.
  • Lead training sessions for Chiefs, Officers, and Line Personnel on how to use the First Due platform.
