Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting Agile delivery.
- Coordinate UAT, identify risks, and support software releases and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with strong requirements gathering skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ability to analyze complex processes.
- Technical awareness of databases, SQL, APIs, and Microsoft technologies.
