Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting Agile delivery.
  • Coordinate UAT, identify risks, and support software releases and deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with strong requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ability to analyze complex processes.
  • Technical awareness of databases, SQL, APIs, and Microsoft technologies.
