About the Role:
- As our Field Marketing Manager, you'll own end-to-end field programs, from strategy and budget to execution and measurement.
- You'll lead customer events and ABM initiatives to generate pipeline and accelerate deals.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute in-person events including lunch-and-learns and executive briefings.
- Design and run ABM programs tailored to key accounts.
- Partner with content and product teams to develop field-ready narratives.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics, and report on performance metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-6 years of field marketing experience with a track record in events and ABM.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs.
- Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
- Content instinct and ability to translate roadmap into compelling programs.
