Job Description
You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding assigned quota targets for renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding our footprint and deepening customer relationships. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts, including C-level executives and procurement teams. Develop comprehensive account plans that outline key objectives, strategies, and tactics for each assigned account.
Partner with Customer Success Manager to conduct thorough needs analysis and business reviews to understand customer challenges and identify opportunities for growth. Champion customer needs and feedback within the organization, contributing to product roadmap development and service improvements. Accurately track and report on key account metrics, including revenue performance, renewal rates, and customer health indicators.
