About the Role:
- Own a book of business and support high-value clients as primary point of contact.
- Drive account retention and develop strategic partnerships with health plans and employers.
What Success Looks Like:
- Execute reliably, follow through completely, and think strategically about accounts.
- Build trust at all levels and use data to drive decisions.
You will:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage service delivery, and drive growth.
- Lead client check-ins, business reviews, and internal coordination across teams.
- Monitor key metrics and address performance gaps proactively.
You have:
- 5+ years of account management or healthcare services experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with health plan operations and CRM platforms.
