About the Role:
- Support key initiatives to improve customer experience metrics like ASAT and QA.
- Develop subject matter expertise in Options and Margin trading to resolve technical queries.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and analyze customer issues, providing effective solutions.
- Utilize data analytics to spot trends and escalate findings.
- Contribute to training and knowledge bases.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of customer experience in financial services, including active trader or trade desk experience.
- Active Series 7 & 63; Series 3 & 4 a bonus.
- Strong collaboration and de-escalation skills.
