Position Summary:
- Reporting to the Vice President of Infrastructure and Service Management, the Senior Director ensures reliability, security, and performance of enterprise technology infrastructure.
- Combines advanced technical execution with team development and strategic leadership.
Essential Functions:
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, hybrid environments, networking, and identity management.
- Serve as senior technical escalation point, leading incident response and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and automation.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive enterprise IT infrastructure experience with hands-on technical responsibility.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including networking, virtual machines, and identity management.
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching technical professionals.
