Technical Success Manager

The role involves the following responsibilities:

• Owning and executing technical platform setup and configuration for clients.
• Managing client onboarding from post-contract through go-live.
• Leading technical discovery during sales handoff and translating business needs into system configurations.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of experience owning technical onboarding, integrations, and execution for customer-facing SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience configuring and managing affiliate or partnership tracking platforms.
• Strong experience with integrations, especially Shopify, pixels, postbacks, and custom events.
