Revenue Operations Manager

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who will be a critical part of how we keep our revenue engine running as we pivot toward delivering enterprise AI. The candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, while bringing structure and you'll do what it takes to get you closer to clarity and outcomes. The candidate is an analytical operator that thrives in building, fixing, and improving the systems and spreadsheets that help a Sales and Customer Experience team perform at its best. The role involves ensuring revenue reporting, forecasting, and planning are accurate, automated, and actionable. The role includes owning the monthly and quarterly commission process, maintaining and improving pipeline analytics, overseeing renewal forecasting, representing Revenue Operations in annual planning, and developing a new Professional Services forecasting and tracking process. The role also involves partnering with the rest of the Revenue Operations and Analytics team to ensure GTM data alignment and reporting consistency, and identifying opportunities to apply AI tools to automate manual workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
