Motivate & inspire an Enterprise Sales team to exceed sales targets, optimize and improve sales motions in the Enterprise space, leveraging data to drive judgment. Contribute to Jasperβs product roadmap, specifically helping to productize solutions for our B2B customers and partners. Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent success across all members of the team, fostering a customer-centric, consultative approach with our customers to ensure a best-in-class experience from start to finish. This remote role situated in the EST timezone requires 10+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in MarTech, and 5+ years of experience leading a team of sales professionals.
