Job Description

Steer is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build relationships, drive product adoption, and empower customers. The successful candidate will execute customer success plans and own commercial goals for retention and revenue expansion. This role involves spearheading internal improvement projects, representing the voice of the customer, and influencing product development. The Customer Success Manager will educate customers on product features through webinars and demos, serving as the main point of contact between clients and the Steer team. They will maintain regular communication to ensure customers maximize Steer's offerings. The candidate must have 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success experience, proven ability to influence customers, and strong presentation skills. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required. Experience with MarTech products or in the automotive tech industry is a plus.
