The Role:

• We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team, empowering engineers and guiding technical strategy.
• You will report to the Director of Engineering and turn big ideas into high-impact products.
• You will work directly with PMs and be the technical voice in the room, owning the technical 'how'.
