Leasing Consultant PM - Remote

Role Overview:

• Customer-focused sales position facilitating the leasing process from initial contact to lease generation.
• Remote role requiring strong engagement, time management, and tenacity to convert leads to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer prospect calls, identify needs, and provide accurate information about Corvias communities.
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and manage home assignments to minimize vacancy loss.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM and ensure smooth transition from lease signing to move-in.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, leasing, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and independent work skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
