About the Role:
- Handle day-to-day filing and tracking of state-level healthcare reimbursement disputes.
- Work with the dispute operations team to ensure accurate case records from filing through resolution.
What You'll Do:
- Submit disputes through state portals and arbitration entities while tracking deadlines, fees, and payments.
- Maintain case records and flag data issues to analytics and product teams.
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented with 2-4 years in claims or insurance operations and experience with Excel pivot tables.
- Comfortable with medical billing/coding and following state-specific processes.
