Responsibilities:
- Responds to client requests and places orders.
- Communicates order ETA and backorder information.
- Escalates cost changes to Sales Operations or IAM.
Quotes & Support:
- Provides timely quotes for customers.
- Assists with quotes for accounts with established pricing.
- Offers administrative support for open order tracking.
Returns:
- Initiates returned merchandise process.
- Educates clients on RMA creation and enters RMA in the system.
- Escalates RMA requests to Customer Service.
