Customer Service
Function:
- Hands-on technical expertise in installation.
- Basic customer training.
- Customer support for the Bruker AXS product line.
Objectives:
- Efficient and effective member of the Customer Service team.
- Delivering highly competent and effective engineering.
- Achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Installation, maintenance, service and technical support.
- Inspect, install, set up and test systems at customers’ sites.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in electronics or similar relevant education.
- Proven experience in field service engineering, preferably with X-ray-related products.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, maintenance, and repair.
