Overview:
- Shape better care by turning clinical evidence, outcomes data, and feedback into initiatives that strengthen quality, access, and care experience.
- Lead initiatives from early ideas through pilots, evaluation, and organization-wide implementation.
- Operate as an influence-driven leader without direct reports, partnering with Clinical Directors and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do:
- Design, test, and scale clinical programs with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Partner with regional clinical and operational leaders to support consistent implementation and address barriers.
- Use outcomes data, audit findings, and frontline feedback to guide continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- A master’s degree in behavioral health or related field and applicable independent-level clinical licensure.
- At least seven years of direct behavioral health or addiction treatment experience, including three years leading clinical program design or quality improvement.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills with ability to lead without direct supervisory authority.
