Solutions Consultant

Smartsheet is looking for a Solutions Consultant to drive quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction within our Consulting business by assisting customers with designing, building, and implementing Smartsheet solutions to solve their business objectives. This role is specifically involved in the post sales engagements with our customer base. As a Solutions Consultant, you will work with Smartsheet customers and partners on engagements to convert business requirements into Smartsheet solutions. You will: Lead multiple concurrent engagements to implement Smartsheet across a variety of client industries and use cases, ensuring your clients are gaining the most value from the Smartsheet platform. Manage all aspects of your projects, including, but not limited to, timeline, deliverables, scope, budget, and client relations. Serve as an advisor on best practices and capabilities of the Smartsheet platform at scale across a variety of industries and business functions.
