Job Description

Drive business development with US insurance carriers, brokers, and InsurTechs by identifying prospects, building pipelines, and leveraging insights on trends, pain points, and technology adoption. Develop expertise in insurance regulatory and compliance requirements to guide strategy, solution positioning, and client engagement. Collaborate with product, delivery, and technical teams to tailor custom software, data and AI solutions with value propositions for underwriting, claims, risk, and customer experience. Lead client presentations, demos, and proposals, managing complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders. Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract closure while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data.
