About the Role:
- Build the enablement function from scratch, designing processes, tooling, and team structure.
- Own enablement for Aveni Assist and Detect, creating certifications and scalable training programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute enablement strategy for thousands of users across enterprise clients.
- Lead a high-performing team and deliver high-impact training sessions yourself when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience building enablement or customer education functions with LMS certification design.
- Strong training delivery skills and a data-driven approach to customer adoption.
